     Come train with two of the Boston areas most noted instructors for an evening of holistic health @ MIT.  This seminar will focus on the art of health cultivation from two different systems. Chinese Qigong & India's Yoga.  Both are excellent methods of promoting physical and mental well-being.  Each instructor will coach the participants thru a forty minute training session leaving time at the end to meet and speak with Vyda & Jim!

Master Sifu Fung Chun discusses the importance of "Loose Legs & Loose Body" in Leung Jan's Gongfu!

Recently Master Sifu Fung Chun watched a Wing Chun demonstration and the practitioner clamped his horse similar to other South Fist arts. Master Sifu Fung Chun commented; "In order to handle the centerline fighting one must have loose legs".

Master Sifu Fung Chun then states "Wing Chun must Relax the Legs, Relax the Body, Relax Relax Relax....
